Wound Care – AmnioCover™
xCyte BioTech’s AmnioCover™ portfolio provides reliable, easy-to-use amnion wound coverings for a wide range of clinical applications. Offered in both single-layer and dual-layer formats, AmnioCover™ preserves the natural structure of the amnion membrane to maintain a protective, conformable barrier that supports the body’s healing process. Each graft is dehydrated and stored at room temperature, ensuring convenience and consistency in wound-care settings. With a focused size range—from 1 × 1 cm to 6 × 8 cm—AmnioCover™ is suited for diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical dehiscence, and donor-site management. The dual-layer configuration provides additional handling strength and moisture retention for deeper or higher-exudate wounds, giving clinicians a practical, proven solution for everyday wound management.

Product Overview
xCyte AmnioCover™ is a dehydrated, amnion-only human tissue allograft designed to preserve the native collagen architecture of the amniotic membrane while providing clinicians with a flexible, easy-to-handle tissue option. Available in multiple configurations, AmnioCover is intended for a variety of wound care applications and provides clinicians with options to accommodate different procedural preferences.
- Single-Layer (SL):
- Designed for routine wound care applications, the Single-Layer configuration provides a thin, conformable amniotic membrane with handling characteristics suited for a broad range of clinical uses.
- Dual-Layer (DL):
- The Dual-Layer configuration combines two amniotic membranes to provide additional thickness while maintaining conformability. This reinforced design offers clinicians an additional tissue option for wound care applications where a thicker membrane may be preferred.
